one of the few pieces i have done with a backround! i kned this entirley on the computer, just scanned in pencils.. not bad i guess? i know the backround is less than terrible and it needs alot of work, but practice makes perfect :-)

weird! you like it.... haha but, the softer feel i think your talking about is me using gradients instead of the harsh polygonal lasso tool

Dude, maybe it is the background, but I do like. I do. I kinda like your crazy characters, so the design itself isn't bad. The bg might need work, but that's all in being a newb or adding more, and getting used to the like. Because it being more full does offer more, and you are a great artist.

So keep it up, I really love how you colored it. 8-)

i rarely use filters when i color just gradients

thankyou VERy much for the help.. yeah i concentrate wayyy too much on just characters and never "grounding" them or putting them in an environment, my mom used too always say that too me when i was younger.. guess i shoulda listened :-)

Hey, nice work, the backgrounds really add to your drawings. Nice mad scientist character, reminds me slightly of back to the future.
